Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation:

The deadline for free cancellation is visible by clicking on the text:

“Terms and conditions of cancellation”.

YOU WILL NOT HAVE TO PAY ANYTHING UP TO 2 DAYS BEFORE THE FREE CANCELLATION DEADLINE, then you will have to pay the full amount of the stay as security.

In case of non-payment we will cancel the reservation.

CANCELLATION FEES BEYOND THE FREE CANCELLATION POLICY:

– total stay (reduced to 50% if the free cancellation deadline is set at 30 days from check-in).

– If the cancellation takes place after check-in or in case of no-show, penalty equal to the entire stay.

Payment at the hotel:

upon arrival at the hotel it is possible to request the cancellation of the payment made during the booking phase and to opt for another payment method (credit times depend on the payment circuit).
